Harley was born and raised in New York City, where he learned to play music at very high volume to drown out the noise. He became interested in broadcasting as a child, secretly listening to late-night roc-n’roll DJ’s on his transistor radio while his parents believed he was asleep.Now he IS the late-night rock’n’roll DJ!
When he is not on the radio, you’ll find him at a baseball game.. He’ll be the guy lingering near the hot dog stand throwing shade at people who put ketchup on hot dogs.
